WMSE Rockabilly Chili Fundraiser - Illustrated Ad Campaign
WMSE 91.7FM is a non-profit, listener-supported radio service hosting the 23rd annual Rockabilly Chili Fundraiser. Over 40 chefs and local businesses from Milwaukee compete in a chili cook-off judged by the attendees, who determine the winners in several categories (Best Meat, Best Veggie, Most Unique, etc). Each of WMSE's 56 weekly programs is curated by a community volunteer DJ, allowing for significant genre diversity. This diversity creates a quirky and niche aesthetic. So, playing off of that, I pulled inspiration from rubber-hose-styled cartoons. This approach is intended to provoke feelings of nostalgia, which ultimately gives viewers a sense of belonging.

Vehicle Wrap - Transit Marketing
This van will make promotional stops around Milwaukee, being run by different companies and chefs every few days for months leading up to the event. It would play on the competitive aspect, allowing everyone a chance to promote their brand before the event starts.
